Our Satellite ISR Training Programme is purpose-built to develop the skills and operational acumen required to exploit space-based ISR capabilities in support of defence missions. Designed for military and government personnel, the programme delivers a comprehensive understanding of satellite ISR systems, data exploitation, and operational integration, enabling clients to enhance situational awareness, decision-making, and mission effectiveness.
Programme Objectives
We aim to build ISR understanding and competency by developing both foundational and advanced knowledge of satellite ISR systems and their applications. To enhance operational effectiveness, we train personnel to integrate ISR data seamlessly into tactical, operational, and strategic workflows. Our approach supports sovereign capability, enabling defence clients to independently manage, interpret, and act on ISR intelligence. We also promote interoperability by aligning with NATO and allied ISR standards and operational doctrines.

Target Audiences
Our target audience includes intelligence analysts and GEOINT specialists who rely on advanced analytics to extract insight from complex data. We also support ISR planners and mission commanders tasked with integrating these capabilities into operational workflows. Space operations and satellite system teams benefit from our technical depth and system-level understanding. Additionally, our work is highly relevant to defence policy, acquisition, and capability development staff involved in shaping and sustaining strategic advantage.
Benefits to Defence Clients
The benefits to defence clients are clear. We deliver mission-ready ISR operators—personnel equipped to plan, execute, and exploit satellite ISR missions effectively. Our solutions enable improved situational awareness, enhancing the ability to detect, monitor, and respond to global threats. By building sovereign ISR capability, we reduce reliance on external providers and strengthen national autonomy. Ultimately, we provide strategic advantage through timely and actionable intelligence that drives informed decision-making.
Security and Compliance
All training is delivered in accordance with MOD and allied security protocols. Instructors are security-cleared and experienced in classified ISR operations.
