Earth-i continues to strengthen the Technology Team
5th December 2020 – Earth-i welcomes Tim Iles to the Earth-i Technology team. Tim joins the team from University of Hohenheim where he was researching remote sensing and crop classification, as well as at Mantle Labs where he was developing deep learning models for cloud masking.
“I’m very excited to join the team at Earth-i. I’m really looking forward to working across the diverse range of projects the team is undertaking. Earth-i is an innovative company and I hope to contribute to such a positive culture”, commented Tim.
Tim joins a team of remote sensing, GIS, developer and data science experts who are working on fusing multi-sensor and multi-resolution earth observation datasets with the latest AI techniques to deliver proactive commercial insights.
